Baz is the founder and Principal DJ of BeatsAhead DJ Hire.

He has built a reputation as a solid DJ who loves and knows music and knows how to deliver unforgettable party sets. An established bar and club DJ he held many London residencies. Most notably in Raffles, on the fabulous Kings Road, Chelsea.

His various residencies lead him to work with some household names including; Groove Armada, Mike ‘Ruffcut’ Lloyd and Ashley Beedle to name drop a few!

He is now in demand at weddings & corporate events, not only for his DJ style but also his MC presentation skills.

Approachable and always respectful of what it takes to host a good party, he will work tirelessly to ensure your event is remarked upon for all the right reasons.

Baz From start to finish Baz was the true professional. He was friendly and reliable and was set up and ready to go well before my guests arrived for my husbands surprise 50th Birthday party. We always had people on the dance floor and he read the crowd really well - a lot of our guests commented as to what a great DJ Baz is. Without a doubt Baz helped make the evening special and we would definitely recommend Baz and his company and we'll certainly use BeatsAhead for future events.

I booked BeatsAHead for my 50th… I booked BeatsAHead for my 50th Birthday, our DJ was Baz, the whole night was fantastic, Baz got everyone dancing, I danced danced danced. They have a system you can list your playlist of music weeks before the event, easy to use system. It's was great.

Wedding in Central London Beatsahead provided Baz as the DJ for my wedding recently at a hotel in central London. Baz was excellent and played good music in the evening that everyone enjoyed (although we didn't give him much direction on what to play). They were also very flexible with the set-up times as we required them to set up early in the afternoon so there would be no disruption during the dinner. I highly recommend them!Kenny

He can confidently play anything and everything from White Tie Events to School Discos, and Sweet 16th’s to 90ths.

He’s doesn’t create a playlist in advance preferring to select tracks when he has the crowd to respond to, but is always happy for you to provide a list of the songs you want (and don’t want).
